Does someone need to be present to sign for my wine delivery?
Yes, federal law requires an adult signature (21+) for all alcohol deliveries. We recommend shipping to a business address if no one is available at home.
Can I ship wine to any state in the US?
Due to state-specific regulations, we can only ship to select states. Please check the shipping dropdown at checkout to see if your state is eligible.
How should I store my wine after it arrives?
We recommend storing your bottles in a cool, dark place with a consistent temperature, ideally around 55°F (13°C), and keeping them on their side to keep the cork moist.
Do you offer climate-controlled shipping?
During months of extreme heat or cold, we may hold your order or offer refrigerated shipping options to ensure the integrity of the wine.
